For all tests / steps please post images into the thead.If there are any problems posting images please use one drive or drop box share links.1) In the left lower corner search type: system > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings > a) under performance click on settings > on the performance options window click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory click on change > post an image into the thread displaying the virtual memory windowb) under startup and recovery click on settings > post an image of the startup and recovery window into the thread2) Download and install Whocrashed: 3) open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:4) sfc /scannow5) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth6) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread7) chkdsk /x /f /r Run this command on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /x /f /r C: or chkdsk /x /f /r D: changing the drive letter c or d to the applicable drive letter.8) Find the chkdsk reports in the event viewer using the information in this link: -read-chkdsk-log-event-viewer-windows-10-a.html9) copy and paste the chkdsk reports > notepad > save to desktop > post into the thread using one drive or drop box share links10) open the website for the computer > enter the product or serial number or model > select the operating system > view drivers > post a URL or hyperlink into the thread.11) Run HD Tune on all drives: For each drive run 3 tests and post images of the results into the thread:a) Health (SMART)b) Benchmarkc) Full error scan 350c69d7ab
